PENUKARAN UNIT (Unit conversion)

Pagi ini saya gantikan kelas seorang cikgu yang pergi berkursus. Jadi tajuk untuk hari ini ialah penukaran unit. Hmmm selalu jadi masalah untuk pelajar menukarkan unit jadi saya simpulkan sebenarnya penukaran unit hanya melibatkan 2 langkah mudah iaitu

(i)                  Replace the prefix of the given unit.   

(ii)                (ii) Divide the magnitude with the prefix we want to present the unit.

Contoh mudah: Change 15 m m to K m

(i)                  15 m m   :  15 X 10^-3 m

(ii)                15 X 10^-3  ÷ 10³  = 15 X 10^-6

So the answer is 15 X 10^-6 k m.

You can try that on other example. So enjoy the unit conversion because only the great can convert threat to a chance!!!
